Rig 6 just had a CAT IV inspection on the Mast. 

Additional Information Rig 6:

  • Four Engines, Three Pumps, 500 Ton AC Top Drive, 25' floor, Set back 23,000' of 5" Substantial upgradebefore being re-deployed in Feb of 2022 and worked until April 2023 API Cat IV has approx. 4 years remaining on its ten year inspection.

  • The racking board was modified to accommodate 23K’ of 5” drillpipe in 2021. The top drive was overhauled in 2018 and is 460 of its 1000 operating days

  • The third mud pump was completely overhauled in August of 2022 purchased new in 2021 The Omron SCR house was expanded to include an additional bay in October of 2021

  • The Gens are four Caterpillar 3512A’s with 40,000 hours on them.

  • Engines have partial overhauls (top ends) done throughout our ownership with one being completed in Dec of 2021.

  • The engines are run on a regular basis and were last ran in Jan 2024.

  • Several annual inspections when the Rig returned to the yard in April of 2023. Including checking tolerances on all mud pumps and Drawworks.

  • Rig has walking system, Automatic Catwalk, Iron Roughneck, and three mud pumps
