John A. Aguillard

As President of Wisdom Marketing Group
(WMG), John is responsible for all marketing, advertising and
worldwide web activities for Kruse Asset Management, Inc. A
20-year veteran of San Antonio advertising agencies and graphic
design studios, John has assembled and manages an award-winning
creative and media team. WMG handles all public relations, media
planning and placement, direct marketing (print and electronic),
radio, television, outdoor and Internet activities for Kruse
Asset Management, its many divisions and additionally other
clients throughout the region.
WMG provides Kruse and their many customers with state-of-the-art
advertising services that are designed to communicate to extremely
diverse market segments internationally. Also critical is the
cost effective means in which WMG can create and implement advertising
programs to the respective trades and industries.
A graduate of St. Mary's University in San Antonio, John is
actively involved in the American Advertising Federation (AAF).
John is a member of the AAF's National ADDY Standardization
committee. He also served as Chairman of the Board and President
of the American Advertising Federation/San Antonio and a member
of the board of directors of the 10th District American Advertising
Federation. He has participated in and served as chairman of
almost every committee at both the local and district levels
of the AAF.
In 1992, John was honored by the American Advertising Federation/San
Antonio as the recipient of its Silver Medal Award, an award
for lifetime achievement in the advertising community and, in
1998, he received the Sterling Service Award for the same achievement
in the five-state 10th District AAF. He is currently First Lieutenant
Governor of the 10th District AAF and will be Governor in 2005.
Ted Brocker
Brokerage, Acquisition and Development
Kruse Asset Management, Inc.
Ted Brocker has had 20 years experience
in the commercial banking industry. His experience includes
both retail banking, commercial real estate lending, residential
lending and secondary marketing. During his banking career,
he was responsible for several hundred million in commercial
and residential loans. Additionally, he sold over $4 billion
dollars of commercial and residential loans in the national
secondary market.
At Kruse, Ted assists in brokerage, acquisition and development
of real estate. He also assists with all lending activities
related to real estate acquisition and development. With his
extensive background, Ted will be a valuable asset to Kruse
and to its asset lender customer base.
Ron Browne
Sr. Account Executive
Kruse Asset Management, Inc.
Ron Browne is a 1978 graduate of Northwest
Missouri State University where he earned a degree in Finance.
In 1979, Ron attended and graduated from the Missouri Auction
School and is a member of the National Auctioneers Association.
Ron has been a licensed automobile dealer since 1978. He has
spent the last several years with a major Wall Street firm.
Ron is an avid pilot and enjoys the outdoors and collecting
classic cars.
Tedra Kruse
Account Executive
Kruse Asset Management, Inc.
Tedra is the middle daughter of Daniel
Kruse, founder of the auction company. She has been raised in
the auction business and attended Clarion University. While
at Clarion, she was a five-time All-American NCAA swimmer. Tedra
also assisted in the first-ever live eBay convention held recently
in Anaheim, CA, and helped coordinate with the Walt Disney representatives
on items sold at this first "Live" auction.
Tedra is extremely proficient as a Lister and now manages the
eBay listing facility at Kruse for all of its customers.
Janet De La O-Belz
Senior Cashier
Kruse Asset Management, Inc.
Janet De La O-Belz has one of the longest
tenures of any Kruse Asset Management employee, joining Kruse
in 1988. After 15 years of dealing with Kruse's customers, no
one understands their needs better than Janet.
Janet has served a wide variety of functions for Kruse and has
been head cashier since 1994. She is responsible for collecting
funds at all auctions and for disbursing consignor payments
and balancing funds after each consigned sale.
