  • Deal Scenario: Bank Takeout, DIP lender, Bridge Loans, Buying/Selling non-core surplus assets
  • Eligible M&E collateral: manufacturing, construction, oil field service, mining, agriculture (as long as it is not specialized/customized, and can easily trade at auction)
  • Structure: Sales leaseback, no financial covenants --- We do not leverage A/R, Inventory, Real Estate, standalone capital and liquidity solutions focused on Industrial M&E only
  • Amortization: 48-60 months on M&E
  • Payments: Interest only and deferred payments available
  • Credit Decisions: Made solely on the collateral; no credit or cash flow requirements
  • LTV: Up to 80% of the Forced Liquidation Value based on a 3rd party appraisal (appraisal firm must be on our approved list)
  • Term: 48 month terms with buyout options available for earlier pay off/buy out
